SOR, Inc.will gladly exchange any wig that has been delivered damaged or incorrectly colored. You must have a return authorization number before any exchange can be made. The wig or item must be in its original packaging, and must be free of any defect caused by the customer. Because wigs are considered "personal items", the manufacturer of the wig reserves the right to refuse any exchange due to customer damage which includes: cutting the wig, coloring the wig or rendering the wig not usable. The customer is responsible for shipping the wig back to the manufacturer within 10 days of receiving the wig for an exchange after receiving a return authorization number from SOR, Inc.
